We’ll start by asking you lots of questions. This tells us what you need and gives us a chance to get to know you and your business, understanding your risks and your opportunities and becoming part of your team. Then we’ll quickly deliver the HR documentation you need to start establishing your company culture.
Being there for you – the support bit
On an ongoing basis, we’re there for you, supporting you through every step of your journey as an employer, celebrating the good times with you and metaphorically holding your hand through the not so good times. When you call us, you’ll speak to people who know you, know your staff and your issues (no repeating yourself!).
Giving you confidence
You’ll build confidence with an induction in the HR basics you really need to know. Not just “what” but “how” – you’ll understand how to deliver key messages and deal with issues. We’re also covered by professional indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.
Keeping you on top of the paperwork
You can choose to access an online HR administration system (priced separately) to keep you organised and on top of your HR paperwork (we can also access your personnel records through the system).
