We’ll start by looking at your current HR documents and asking you lots of questions. this shows us what you have and what you need and gives us a chance to get to know you and your business, understanding your risks and your opportunities and becoming part of your team.
Giving you confidence
You’ll build confidence with an induction in the HR basics you really need to know. Not just “what” but “how” – you’ll understand how to deliver key messages and deal with issues.
Being there for you
On an ongoing basis, we’re there for you. You’ll get support through every step of your journey as an employer, celebrating the good times with you and metaphorically holding your hand through the not so good times:
• phone and email support when you need it;
• speak to people who know you, know your staff and your issues. No need to repeat yourself to someone new every time;
• our “done for you” service – bespoke letters, policies and documentation written just for you;
• access to an online HR administration system (priced separately) to keep you organised and on top of your HR paperwork.
