HR SUPPORT

I have known Katherine for many years. I would never go to anyone else for HR advice or legal documents as Katherine makes it all so simple to understand – really living up to the Keeping HR Simple name! Katherine responds quickly and provides guidance that doesn’t scare monger with all the legal jargon. I have been able to square issues away quickly without escalation through her pragmatic advice. Katherine also provides useful webinars on her website and document packages that cover all basis for what an employer should have. 10/10 would (and do!) recommend to anyone seeking top HR guidance or documentation. I had a problem member of staff and had got to the point where I couldn’t resolve it on my own anymore. Katherine was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She talked me through all my options and guided me through some tricky legal work which I would never have been able to do alone. I cannot express how helpful she was, even just listening to me rant!!! The situation was completely resolved by Katherine and a huge weight has been lifted. Thank you so much for revolutionising our HR systems. Until I met you I thought the HR was something that massive PLCs had to worry about so was deeply concerned when I realised that we had to take it far more seriously! You made the whole process incredibly easy and painless for me though and we now have systems in place for every possible scenario. The communication between me and my team is also vastly better as a result. The contracts and handbook are superb and cost far less than I initially anticipated such items would cost. You did a vastly better job then my lawyers did of the previous contracts so I can safely say that all HR from now on will be done through you. Thank you.
