How does it work?
First off, you complete our quick online questionnaire which will help us to understand the current state of your business. Once you hit “send”, you’ve taken the first step towards getting the peace of mind that comes from having everything up to date.
When we get your completed questionnaire, we will contact you to talk through the results and work with you to create an action plan.
All you need to do is approve the action plan and the cost consideration and will do the rest.
We will implement the changes needed which could include:
- updating employment contracts;
- reviewing and updating your policies;
- advising you on an online HR administration system to save you time and money;
- creating a performance management programme.
